What is live, and which report to use
report:read to open the catalogue and read a report,
report:export to download one. Two reports need a permission of their own:
the device-stock group needs device-stock:read, and anything scoped by
company needs organisation:read.

What is live and what is not
Every report reads live data. One carries a footnote on screen, because part of what it shows does not.
Reconciliation & exceptions — live rows, illustrative tiles
Exception rows are read live from the backend (UWA import versus system capture). The summary tiles above remain illustrative.
The table is live — one row per exception, each carrying the plate, gate, time, and what UWA and the system each recorded. The summary tiles above it are illustrative, so read the rows, not the headline figures.
For working exceptions rather than reading them, use the Reconciliation page, which is where they are resolved.
Where the reporting engine refuses a request, the viewer renders the refusal
as "No records match the current filters." If a report you know has data
comes back empty — particularly on a read-only account — clear the filters and
try again on an account holding report:export before concluding there is
nothing there (8 · Tpa viewer (tpa-viewer) — 17 permissions).
