Who can do this

device-stock:read. Stock Overview → the contractor → Devices.

One list per contractor, covering every device they are accountable for — not just the ones in their hands this minute. RFID Badges and OBUs are separate tabs.

State	What it means
Issued, not yet sent	Assigned to one of their people, still at the TotalEnergies store. Waiting on TotalEnergies, not on them.
Sent, not yet confirmed	On its way. Nobody has signed for it, so it does not work yet.
With contractor	Signed for and working. The only state that opens a gate.
On its way back	They started a return. Access stopped the moment they did.
Quarantined · Under repair	Came back damaged. Back at TotalEnergies, but it was theirs and the trail says so.
Lost	Written off as missing, still attributed to whoever last had it.

Filter by state, by stock status, by the dates devices went out, or narrow to expired ones only; search by device, serial, holder or contractor. Excel and PDF download whatever the filters have left.

Confirmed notes stay on the Dispatches tab as the record of what was sent and when.
