Visitors
visitor:read to see the register, visitor:create to
declare one, visitor:approve to extend or revoke.

A visitor is somebody coming into the park for a fixed window who is not on anybody's payroll — an auditor, a supplier's engineer, a guest. They do not go through the master list and they do not wait for a dispatch: the badge is handed over at the desk and works immediately.
Each row carries the visitor, where they came From, their ID, contact details, the badge in their hand, the vehicle they are travelling in, their access window, when the badge was last used, and a status.

Declaring a visitor
The drawer takes the person's identity, an access window, an optional contact, and — the point of it — a badge from the available pool, counter-issued to them there and then. Bulk upload takes a spreadsheet for a group.
Managing a visitor

Return badge is the ordinary ending — the badge's condition is judged at the desk exactly as Take back does it.
Revoke access is the abrupt one, and it asks what became of the badge:
The window ends now: the gate stops admitting this visitor and any vehicle seat is freed. They hold badge {badge} — say what became of it.

It is not a way to record "we'll get it tomorrow"; it is the custody write-off described in Declaring a device lost and it cannot be undone. If the badge is genuinely coming back, revoke with the window instead and take it back when it arrives.
